Connection Night Part 1: Connection Circles & Sound Bath

Join us on May 21st in a beautiful loft space in Flatiron for Connection Night from 7:00-9:30pm.

If you enjoy meeting inspiring women, creating authentic connection, or just want to try something new - this night is for you!

Connection Circles are carefully curated, immersive, intimate, social events designed to give you a supercharged boost of genuine human connection. This evening is a gathering of women, for women. It's a space to show up as our authentic selves and empower one another.

Here's what you can expect: new faces, meaningful conversations, sound bath meditation, self reflection, journaling, and some snacks/beverages.

Our first Connection Night will be hosted by Nina Steinberg, a certified life coach, who has  previously hosted  Connection Circles that are each designed to foster authentic connection.

The evening will start with a calming sound bath, led by Carlie Louise to ground us before getting into meaningful guided conversations led by Nina. Follow @nina_steinberg @girlswhomeet and @carlielouise.yoga on Instagram to learn of future events and other ways to work with them.
