Come join us for a soul-nurturing experience in Central Park where we gather to express ourselves, relax, and connect with other women in our community.  

We’ll start the day by grounding through a relaxing guided meditation and oracle card readings, setting intentions for the creative journey ahead.  Then, we’ll dive into a journaling break and explore our inner artistic voice with @shaylamanee as we create a masterpiece in an intuitive, free-flowing painting process - exploring color, texture, layering and gestural abstraction.   

No need to worry about art supplies - we've got you covered! Plus, our team will be on hand to offer guidance and support at every step.  

Beverages will be provided during the workshop to keep you refreshed and hydrated. And to allow for more mingling time and the opportunity to meet the other #GirlsWhoHeal, we'll also be serving additional refreshments and charcuterie to enjoy.   

Every attendee will receive a goodie bag with a branded GWM sketchbook & pencil for our journal practice, samples from @soloparatillc holistic beauty brand, @houseofrosashop accessory, @girlswhomeet first merch product and discount codes from our favorite partners.  In addition to all the above, a photographer will be present capture this amazing experience and take beautiful headshots of everyone.
