Intuitive Abstract Painting in The Park
Pranayum x GWM collaboration
Come join us for a soul-nurturing experience in Central Park where we gather to express ourselves, relax, and connect with other women in our community.
We’ll start the day by grounding through a relaxing guided meditation and oracle card readings, setting intentions for the creative journey ahead. Then, we’ll dive into a journaling break and explore our inner artistic voice with @shaylamanee as we create a masterpiece in an intuitive, free-flowing painting process - exploring color, texture, layering and gestural abstraction.
No need to worry about art supplies - we've got you covered! Plus, our team will be on hand to offer guidance and support at every step.
